Health Insurance & Tax Advisor

Ellisa is the owner and managing advisor for taxes and health insurance. She brings in her background in education, agriculture, and business together to assist clients on tax and insurance topics. As a graduate of Texas A&M, Colorado State, and Tarleton State University, her 10 year experience brings a vast understanding of rules and regulations, technology, and quality customer service.  Ellisa is active in the community, and outside of the office, can be found spending time with her family outdoors and cheering on the Texas Aggies.

Customer Service & Office Manager

Adriana has worked for IAA since 2024 as the office manager. She grew up in Dublin and is proud to be a Dublin High School Alumni. Adriana is one of our bilingual staff members, and she enjoys helping clients, especially when it comes to translating. She claims that being bilingual has been a huge blessing for her, and she uses her skill to help the community she grew up in. When she's not at work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family. On the weekends she can usually be found on the sidelines cheering on her niece's and nephew's sports games.

Bookkeeper & Fingerprint Manager

Melonie handles the phone, manages the fingerprinting, has great computer skills, and enjoys meeting everyone who comes into the office. A busy mom of two adult sons and the best grandma to four lucky grands, she follows all their activities and stays on the go with them. She and husband Marvin have been married for 28 years. he is also a volunteer for Backpack Buddies and the DISD Elementary PTO. Favorite quote- "in a world where you can be anything, BE KIND."

Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

Edislia moved to Dublin in 2022 to be closer to her two adult children and her adorable grandson. She brings to IAA forty years of experience from the private sector as an office assistant, bookkeeping assistant, and 16 years in human resources. Edilsia is an active member in the community organizations such as the Dublin Garden Club, Dublin Woman's Thursday Club, and the Helping hands of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Tax Advisor

A graduate of Texas A&M University, Ike has 48 years of accounting experience. Moving to Dublin in 1981, he has been doing accounting here since 1985. Ike is an active member of the local Lions Club and a founding member of the Corner Lot Gang. He is often on his tractor doing work around the community. He and wife patty are parents of Sam, Dublin High School and Tarleton State University Graduate, as well as pet parents to four cats and two dogs.

Administrative Assistant

After 32 years in the classroom, twenty-eight of those at Dublin ISD, Patty started a new career at the tax office after school retirement in 2009 and has been Ike's helping hand ever since. Spending volunteer hours at the Dublin Public Library since moving here, she enjoys working in the community as a Lion wife, member of the Dublin Woman's Thursday Club, and a new member of the library board. Patty and Ike have been married for 45 years and go as a team on community projects.
